Chapter 13 Hello its me the Doctor. Practice
There is not much here to add, only the step by step methods to help you on your way of visualisation. Because of your level its not that hard to achieve these feats, it is only knowing a bit more around it and getting more understanding about the whole experience.
The Temple
To keep this easy, building up the temple must be done from my point of view of everything you are and feel, etc etc. Your good qualities, your lesser qualities etc etc.
To simply start out, by now you also understand more of your basic me, the basis you exist off, you do not know the complete version yet, but the more you keep working on yourself the stronger this will become.
To start off:
- Start meditating and get to the astral sphere
- Start to connect to your mental sphere and let them both fall in sync
- Start building the basic parts of how you want it through vizualisation and you will notice that its almost forming on itself (thats how easy it gets on that plane).
- Give it enough rooms and spaces for your further studies and yes you can even use spirits as servants and or helpers for cleaning up etc.
The Body of Light
After you are done with the temple, you can directly continue on the body of light or atleast the start of it.
- Take the form you want to take, but keep on thinking this form will be permanent, so make it a good one.
- Start forming the basics of it and of how you want it.
- And you can use the multiple methods i explained before (in the theoretical part) to make it stronger and stronger.
This will also be your next step in your growth, because you are able to continue your work after your vessel stops working if you want to do so. I personally prefer the complete standard reïncarnation cycle, but with keeping my memories. So that i am able to continue the work here on earth under Divine Providence.
Speaking with animals, plants and peoples hearts
On this part i will simply give a bit of the step by step guide on how to get this done. I need to say once mastered, it can be very effective up till the point to even tame the wildest and most scared of animals. You love life, life loves you back! And sharing this can let animals understand that you have found your roots of being part of nature as it is a part of you!
To start off:
- Link yourself to the astral and mental sphere. (fall also inside your own heart)
- Now start connecting yourself through these spheres of the being you want to have a heart to heart with, to get this done easily is visualizing yourself in the heart and mind of the animal, plant (i know plants do not have a heart or mind like we do, but vizualisation will take care of it, this part will be open for your own interpretation on how to do it) other humans.
- You will not communicate with them directly in terms of speech, you have a genuine understanding between each other. If you feel that you understand each other, the connection has been made and yes with the human part you can talk, but its not needed to do so.
- Now you are able to communicate your wishes through
- After you are done with everything, focus yourself back inside yourself or softly drop the connection and focus on yourself again.
- Wake up
Again this is just one of the methods how to do it, its my own method of how i do it. Wich is mostly also inspired from the work of Bardon.
Basic healing bit
I will only put down my personal way of doing this, because for all the other methods you can simply read up, study etc etc.
- Same like with the other methods spoken about before of using astral and mental sphere
- Same connection making like before
- Now from this point on focus on their body parts getting some extra nutriënt focus or a focus wich directly helps healing easier and quicker. Elevating the person on that section to a higher level then that person currently is.
- After this let things go naturally, return to your full self and do what you normally do.
I know this section was short, but it has to do with that these were also methods you could look deeper into and learn more about. From a certain point on, there is not much more to say about this, then find your own way into also this aspect and be warned for Karma unless you know that you are working from the point of Divine Providence, so that there will be no draw backs.
The start of infinity
The next chapter will be about preparing yourself for an even greater journey, wich in chapter 15 will be explained about the journey itself and how to deal with life after this travel with having patience about your future and getting this information. There will be a bit of repeating together with some new things like some information about the highest plane itself and how to get there.
From this point on things tend to get more abstract and i will try my best to explain how this works.
